Income and asset documentation:

INCOME VERIFICATION FOR FOREIGN NATIONAL BORROWERS:

Self-Employed Borrowers

Original CPA letter- Letter must include the items below:

All letters are to be on accountant’s company letterhead, with signor’s contact information, dated & executed by the appropriate parties.

All CPA letters must accompany English translations, signed, dated and certified by a translator.

Original CPA letter explaining source of income inclusive of:

  • Company name
  • Borrower Name
  • Type of Business
  • Title and Position of borrower
  • % of ownership
  • Date the business opened
  • The income of the borrower for the last 2 years and YTD 
  • Website if any

The CPA / Accountant must provide:

  • Copy of Certification or License (Something to validate the CPA/Accountants status)
  •  Accountant email

  For Employed borrowers:

  • Original Letter from Employer – Stating current monthly salary, position & include valid pay stubs if applicable.
  • Verification of Employment (VOE) with email/fax information (we do this once we have employer HR contact info)

    For all bank assets held by borrower:

  • Bank statements or Reference Letters: One original personal banking reference letter (US or foreign bank) from each source. Letter of reference must be on company letterhead with address and phone number, dated and executed by the appropriate Letter must include how the account is titled, type of account, account number, when it was established (must have been open for a minimum of 2 years. letter, like to see the relationship established at least 2 years.
    Letter must include amount of funds available, address, account number.

    These docs must be received in their original format and translations provided as needed.
